Homemade facial masks for dry skin

Before applying the mask tie your hair and make sure your face is cleaned.

1) Banana face mask

Banana is loaded with soothing properties and it also enhances the glow on your face. It is known to be helpful in clearing acne as well. Also highly rich in vitamins. Mixing it with honey will give you a moisturizing effect. Honey contains amino acids, which help the skin retain its essential moisture. Because of its many antioxidants, honey scavenges for free radicals. The rich zinc content of yogurt will help to clear your skin. Apart from zinc, plain yogurt contains lactic acid, a natural skin smoother.

        1.One banana
        2. one teaspoon honey
        3.two teaspoons yogurt
Mesh the banana well and mix them together. Apply the mixture on your face and leave it on for 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water.

   2.  1/4 cup honey

Mesh the avocado in a bowl and then add honey. Stir well. Apply to skin and leave the mask on for 10 minutes. Rinse with cool water.

4) Egg face mask

Egg whites tighten your skin, give your skin a healthy glow and diminish the look of fine lines. The protein in the egg whites helps to heal and nourish skin.(regular egg white masks with a dash of lemon will help remove whiteheads)

  1. One egg (only the egg white)
  2. one teaspoon honey
  3. one teaspoon almond oil

Whisk the egg white until it becomes frothy and then add honey and the almond oil. Apply it on face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
